OneLogin Goes Pink in Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

October 20th, 2016   /     /   company news

We at OneLogin are proud to “go pink” in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Earlier this week, we encouraged all of our employees from around the globe to break out whatever pink clothing they have to show their support and raise awareness for everyone who has been affected by breast cancer.

The spread of cancer in all of its forms has impacted the lives of countless people all over the world. This issue is especially close to my heart, as my father died of cancer in 2008, and a colleague from my former company has a son going through cancer treatments today as I write this. It’s exciting to see that there have been medical advancements that have brought us closer to a cure, and I have a deep personal hope that I’ll be able to see this disease eliminated from our society within my lifetime.

When I found out that Susan G. Komen was a client of ours, it brought me joy to know that the company I work for plays a part in the fight against cancer. This month our philanthropic initiative, OneLogin Cares, will focus our attention toward the Susan G. Komen Fund. We’re encouraging our own employees to donate to the cause, wear pink in honor of breast cancer awareness month and generally support a better, cancer free society.

Here’s a toast to all the heroes who endure so much to fight this painful disease.
