OneLogin Achieves Workday Certified Solution Partner Status

We at OneLogin are excited to announce our new Workday Certified Solution Partner status.

OneLogin and Workday have been software partners since 2012, delivering a powerful combination of identity and human capital management solutions to businesses around the globe.

What this integration means for customers

Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) enables organizations to make faster decisions, gain operational visibility, prepare for talent shifts, and build effective teams.

OneLogin’s integration with Workday provides customers with a real-time, bidirectional integration that seamlessly connects Workday HCM with OneLogin’s enterprise-grade identity and access management (IAM) solution.

This integration transforms Workday HCM into an identity system of record, allowing companies to establish their Workday HCM as the single “source of truth” for user identities - including employees, contractors, and partners - across all of their cloud applications and internal directories. IT can then use build policies to automate who gets access to what apps, based on the title, department, and other attributes of these identities.

Our integration with Workday enables IT to more rapidly onboard new employees, and ensure that former employees cannot access company apps and data.

OneLogin and Workday are enhancing both productivity and security with secure SAML single sign-on (SSO), user provisioning, and multi-factor authentication using OneLogin’s best-in-class connections to Microsoft Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and G Suite Directory. This new Workday status represents the commitment OneLogin has made to building and maintaining high-impact identity and security integrations in collaboration with Workday.
