What’s New in Winter 2020

February 12th, 2020   |     |  product and technology, security & compliance

The beginning of the year is always a busy time. At OneLogin, we kicked our new year off with predictions for 2020 from our internal subject matter experts and by launching our Trusted Experience Platform™ (TEP) story. Businesses today need a next generation Identity and Access Management Platform that they can trust—one that is always-on, context-aware, and easy to use. If you’d like to read more about TEP and the four pillars on which it’s built, check out our blog post.

This week we launched SmartFactor Authentication™, our adaptive authentication product powered by the Vigilance AI™ risk-engine. SmartFactor Authentication protects against account takeover and streamlines multi-factor authentication. You can read more about SmartFactor Authentication here.

We sincerely hope your new year is off to a great start and that it continues that way all year long.

Customer Spotlight

Virgin Hyperloop One is the only company in the world that has successfully tested its hyperloop technology at scale, launching the first new mode of mass transportation in over 100 years. Virgin Hyperloop One chose OneLogin to protect its intellectual property as their chosen Identity and Access Management vendor. They apply policies to specific IP ranges to protect executives traveling to other countries, and use OneLogin’s risk-scoring engine, Vigilance AI and SmartFactor Authentication, to automatically adjust the required authentication factors based on perceived risk. “OneLogin allowed us to be comfortable with securing all of our intellectual property,” states Dawn Armstrong, Director of IT at Hyperloop.

The 4 Key Elements of a Next-Generation Identity and Access Management Platform

As today’s complex digital environment continues to evolve at break-neck speed, your business and Identity and Access Management solution must evolve with it. To remain secure, you need to develop a holistic approach to Identity and Access Management that is deeply rooted in trust. Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions are at the forefront of enterprise security, enabling businesses to have more control over their user identities and sensitive data.

The team at OneLogin is extremely proud and honored to have claimed the momentum leader position on G2’s distinguished software customer review site for the Winter 2020 Single Sign-On (SSO) category. In addition, OneLogin took leading rankings in a total of five categories: User Provisioning/Governance, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), and overall SSO. These awards are primarily based on user reviews from our amazing customers, and we are humbled by their encouraging feedback. Read more here.
