Recently, we had the opportunity to speak with technology experts from around the globe to discuss the future of cloud computing, apps, security, and identity at The Gartner Catalyst Conference. Here are some of the things we learned.
David Meyer, our VP of Product, spoke about how organizations can maximize both security and workforce productivity” during his presentation. He focused on the challenge of ensuring that the right employees have access to the right apps, and only the right apps, as well as how Identity Management Solutions can eliminate this challenge.
“Gartner Catalyst was a blast,” said Meyer. “Catching up with the analysts is always a treat, but spending time with customers and matching their technology strategy to our product strategy is gold. The sun and the Pacific Beach waves never hurt either…”
Connecting with Industry Professionals
We also had a fantastic time speaking with other attendees, and getting their thoughts around the latest developments in cloud technology. In particular, it was exciting to see so many industry leaders so excited about Identity and Access Management.
“There was a lot of buzz around IAM this year and security was top of mind for a lot of the enterprises that came to visit the OneLogin booth and attended David’s seminar,” said OneLogin Regional Sales Manager, Christine Johnston. “OneLogin was excited to share some of the new feature releases and met with a lot of interested prospects to address their IAM challenges head on.”
“Overall the awareness of IDaaS was very high,” added OneLogin Chief Marketing Officer, James Smith . “For most of the people I spoke to, it was not a question of whether they need a solution, but mainly when they would have budget and a formal project to move ahead - this is all good news for OneLogin.”
Overall, the event was a huge success. We want to thank everyone who made this event possible, as well as all of you who shared your ideas with us at Booth 611. We’ll see you at the next Gartner event!
