Fortune lists OneLogin in Top 10 Places to Work 2017

May 3rd, 2017   /     /   company news

Recently, I had been sick for a week. The kind of sick where you lay in bed, take medicine, and barely have an appetite. I came back to work after one week of being physically and mentally unable to make it into the office.

Upon my return, everyone on my team was worried about me, hoping that I had not come back before I was feeling well enough. My executive team was concerned for me since I’ve never been sick like this, and my colleagues kept coming by my desk to tell me they missed me.

As the VP of HR here at OneLogin, I can’t stress enough what a magical feeling it is when colleagues care about each other and notice when a coworker is not in the office. Sometimes amidst the chaos and changes that come with being in a high tech company, being surrounded by sincere colleagues can make all the difference.

This authentic and caring atmosphere, I believe, is part of why we were recognized in the top 10 of Fortune Magazine’s Best Small Workplaces in the Bay Area list! And making OneLogin a great place to work is one of our core values.

Having been recognized by Glassdoor, San Francisco Business Times and Fortune in the past, this is the fourth award that OneLogin has won in the past two years celebrating our company as a great place for employees. I’m especially excited that this year OneLogin has made the top 10! It’s very satisfying to know that we are continuing to make a better work environment with each passing year.

These victories are always a profound team effort that binds us as colleagues, and gives us immense pride in the award-winning culture we’ve all built together! As long as we genuinely care about each other and have fun at work together, I’m confident that OneLogin will continue to win awards that celebrate who we are as an organization.
