5 Ways to Get the Most Out of #OneLoginConnect 2020

October 1st, 2020   |     |  product and technology, culture & news

OneLogin Connect 2020 is coming soon! Save the date for October 6-7, 2020. Attend from wherever you want to be: the comfort of your own home, in your pajamas, or with your pet on your lap. Join us virtually this year with over 20 hours of content alongside three tracks.

OneLogin Connect is where we all join together as one. You’ll be joining thousands of IT and security leaders and professionals for one day full of inspiring and engaging keynotes on the strategic visions and industry trends in cybersecurity and technology. We even get to end the day on a fun note with Sarah Cooper. Unlock new opportunities by learning from customers and partners, and take a dive deep into our products through breakout sessions and user labs via virtual roundtables. Take a look at last year’s recap for a peek at what to expect this October.

Connect 2020 will offer opportunities to hear from executives and global thought leaders on how to embrace empathetic leadership and innovative technology during times of change. This year, we have three engaging tracks: Executive, Security, and Workforce & Customer Identity. The virtual conference will feature tracks encompassing tips, tools, and techniques for securing your digital workforce and customer identities, zero trust, AI/ML, and more. Headlining with Megan Smith, the CEO of shift7 and the former U.S. Chief Technology Officer under the Obama administration, you’ll engage with speakers from HackerOne, Splunk, Workday, Ford, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and more. Find out more in the full agenda.

We look forward to bringing together a community focused on cybersecurity, technology, and the digital workforce transformations at Connect 2020. We’d love to e-meet you: registration is still open. Once you register, these are 5 ways to get the most of your Connect 2020 experience:

  1. Follow along and share your insights on Twitter using #OneLoginConnect.

We’re excited to be bringing Connect 2020 virtually to you this year and we’re looking forward to seeing lots of photos, whether through screenshots or selfies, share your experiences on Twitter, and tag us using #OneLoginConnect or tag us at @onelogin. At the bottom of our event homepage, you’ll see a real-time mosaic-like feed showing aggregated social posts via Tagboard that will display all posts using the hashtag, so make sure to tag us to be featured. It’s also really cool to look at.

  1. Personalize your account profile.

When you join our event platform on the day of the event, you’ll be prompted to create your profile. Once you create your profile, upload your profile picture (it’s okay if you haven’t gotten your haircut yet) and a short biography about yourself. You’ll also be able to personalize your “areas of interest”, whether it’s artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or thought leadership. Lastly, for the fun part - record and upload a “Hello World” greeting video or in Gen Z terms, a 15-second Tik-Tok-like video introducing yourself and your interests, or even why you’re looking forward to at Connect 2020.

  1. Join the virtual networking roundtable sessions.

Throughout the conference, you’ll have the opportunity to join as many virtual networking sessions as you’d like. We know there’s only one of you, so networking sessions will be available throughout the day. Don’t worry if you miss one. This is your chance to meet like-minded peers from cybersecurity to workforce identity to authentication.

  1. Invite your colleagues and coworkers!

Human connections are more important than ever and while we’re bummed that we can’t meet in person, it’s good to know that we’re all adapting to this ‘new normal’ together, so make sure to invite your friends, family, and colleagues to deepen your connections through Connect 2020.

  1. Come prepared with lots of questions.

This year, we will have plenty of opportunities for you to virtually meet one-on-one with OneLogin’s product experts. We know you’ll have lots of questions and we’re prepared. Chime in during the Q&As or join a roundtable networking session. Even if we don’t get to your question live, you’ll receive a response via email from one of our experts.

Can’t wait to join? Registration is still open. Hope to “connect” with you soon!
