This year, we created new policies and programs around remote work, mental health, D&I training, etc. – what makes us a Great Place to Work is not the ‘what’ we did but ‘how’ we went about the changes and new policies/perks. Instead of mandates from above, we asked our employees to guide us every step of the way, we asked them what they needed real-time, we had an open forum every Friday morning just for parents to see how we could help them with homeschooling and family stress, and have employees move to be closer to family first and figured out the impact on the business later.

Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits and have a fair chance at promotion.
