usability drives security

OneLogin enables users to sign in once – to their local area network or OneLogin – and gain one-click access to all their web applications without having to enter a password again. OneLogin integrates with all your company's web applications, in the cloud and behind the firewall, using SAML, OpenID, form-based authentication and proprietary protocols. And you can easily integrate in-house applications too.

Single Sign-On Portal

All apps are conveniently located in the user’s single sign-on (SSO) Portal where they can be reached in just one click. You no longer have to remember any URLs, usernames or passwords, which saves time and eliminates phishing.

Pre-integrated with 1,700+ apps

OneLogin is pre-integrated with more than 1,700 web applications that you can configure instantly. You can also browse our catalog by category and discover new apps.

Browser extension

OneLogin's browser extension is not required for all apps, but enhances the user experience and ensures that SSO can be provided for all your apps. The toolbar button brings up the SSO Portal in one click and if you randomly land on the login page of one of your apps, OneLogin will automatically sign you in. Works with Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Shared logins

Easily share logins for applications that don't support multiple users, such as Twitter, FedEx, Authorize.net. With OneLogin, IT has the ability to easily let multiple employees sign-in with the same password, without actually disclosing the password to the users.

Deep linking

Apps are often launched by clicking a link in an email, such as a sales lead notification or a meeting invite. OneLogin ensures that you land on the right URL even if you have to first sign into OneLogin.

Sign in with your Google ID

You can sign up for OneLogin with your existing Google Apps account. Once you are signed up, you will automatically be logged into OneLogin if you are logged into Google Apps.

Automatic app detection

The browser extension automatically detects when you land on a login page by displaying a tab in the top left corner. If the app is supported by OneLogin, you can add it to your account in one click. Otherwise, you can create a custom connector in a few seconds.

Personal apps

User can get more out of OneLogin by adding logins to their favorite personal sites, such as Facebook, Yelp or Digg. Personal login activity is not logged and admins cannot see users' personal apps.
