Changing Your Google Apps POP3/IMAP Password

OneLogin works great with Google Apps and SAML. Not only are your online emails and documents more secure, but they are also always just a few clicks away. Read more about this in our tip about bookmarking Gmail, Docs and Spreadsheets.

Unfortunately, when you enable SAML in Google Apps, you also prevents users from changing their password, which might still be needed for those who access GMail using POP3 or IMAP from their desktop mail client or mobile phone.

If you enter your administrator email and password on the Google Apps app under Manage Apps, users will be able to change the mail client password via the dashboard. This is done by clicking the pencil on the Google Apps login, which will bring up the window to the right.
