Mark Logan

Mark Logan

CEO, One Identity

Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer of One Identity and joined the company in June 2022. He is responsible for driving the overall growth strategy, go-to-market and P&L for One Identity. Mark is a seasoned executive with experience developing enterprise software companies to achieve successful growth. He is a proven leader with nearly two decades of C-suite experience at companies such as Emptoris (now part of IBM), Attunity, and most recently LogRhythm. Having been in the cyber security space for several years, Mark believes One Identity is in the right market at the right time to provide critically important cybersecurity protection for enterprises, public sector organizations and Federal agencies.

Mark maintains winning teams have a “customer-first” attitude and that when companies service their customers at exceptional levels and deliver innovation to the market, they grow. By working hard and investing in people, products and customers, Mark seeks create more opportunities for all One Identity team members. As a leader, Mark has a strong focus on company culture, values-based leadership and inclusion-based hiring. One of his key tenets is always having a respect for the individual regardless of titles, position in the company or stature. Everyone matters.

Mark is based in the Boston area, where he lives with his wife (and college sweetheart) Nancy. Together, they have three grown sons and two rescue dogs. Mark is pretty active when he’s not working and enjoys skiing – both snow and water – and playing a bit of ice hockey.

Brian Chappell

Brian Chappell

Head of Product

Brian joined One Identity in March 2023 and is responsible for the overall product strategy and execution. During a 35-year career, Brian has held senior roles in a number of companies from small systems integrators through to multinational, highly regulated enterprises including BeyondTrust, GlaxoSmithKline, BBC Television, and Amstrad plc. Experience in a varied set of IT functions, on both sides of the vendor/customer table, has provided Brian with a clear insight into what is important in successful business partnerships and how technology can be leveraged to facilitate business growth. A focus on customer experience sits at the heart of Brian's approach to Product Management and a focus on team is the core of his management style. Brian joined One Identity as it represents the broadest and deepest portfolio for delivering robust, reliable cybersecurity to organizations of all sizes. He believes that One Identity is the company best positioned to journey with its customers into the next phase of Identity and Access Management.

Brian is based in Basingstoke in the UK, where he lives with his wife Ruth. They share their lives with two chocolate Labradors and two horses. Brian enjoys horse riding, cycling, learning, maths & science, developing software, gaming, and technology of all kinds. When time allows, you can find him speaking at events around the world, writing books, articles, and blog posts about cybersecurity and best practice. Outside of work, Brian is also a British Eventing Controller/Commentator and can be heard at Horse Trials all over the South of England. Brian is co-author of Cloud Attack Vectors published by Apress.

Vice President, Corporate Strategy

As Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Larry Chinski is a seasoned cybersecurity strategist who leads our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Enablement and Strategic teams to enhance One Identity's suite of solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry and a specific focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) for the past 15 years, Larry is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity SaaS.

In his role, Larry analyzes cybersecurity trends and aligns them with One Identity's comprehensive portfolio, covering Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Account Management, User Entitlement Management, and Web Access Management. He is dedicated to ensuring that One Identity's solutions meet the ever-evolving needs of customers and stay ahead of the dynamic threat landscape.

Larry is also charged with overseeing the successful implementation of One Identity's extensive SaaS platform across the field, making it accessible and effective for clients worldwide. His extensive experience includes collaborating with some of the world's largest enterprises, where he has been instrumental in designing and implementing IAM solutions across diverse industry verticals.

Larry's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in computer science from DePaul University, complemented by a host of industry certifications. His expertise and strategic vision make him a driving force in the field of cybersecurity and identity management.

Andrew Clarke

Andrew Clarke

Global Head of Channel and Alliances

Andrew Clarke, a security industry veteran, serves as One Identity’s Global head of channel & strategic alliances, and oversees a portfolio of security solutions, including Identity Manager and Safeguard.

Andrew is responsible for driving growth of the global channel sales and marketing activities, as well as ensuring that customers can leverage One Identity’s expert services so that they can optimize the performance of their solutions and maximize the value of their investment. Previously, Andrew served as vice president and managing director of EMEA at e-DMZ Security, which was acquired by Quest Software.

Jim Cox

Jim Cox

Vice President of Global OneLogin Sales

With more than two decades of sales leadership experience, Jim Cox is VP of Global OneLogin Sales. Jim has led teams at SAP SuccessFactors, Cisco and Proofpoint and has demonstrated the ability develop and execute successful worldwide sales strategies. Now based in Austin, Texas, he instills in his teams a tenacious spirit for building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

Rob Morris

Vice President, Sales North America

Rob Morris leads One Identity’s North American sales organization. Rob is an experienced software executive who has facilitated the growth and success of teams at VERITAS, Symantec, HP and most recently ASG Technologies. After serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager, North America, through ASG’s successful exit, he took a year-long sabbatical to spend time with his family. As a sales professional, Rob’s leadership style is defined by principles of family, authenticity, transparency, winning, and professionalism. At One Identity, Rob sees the opportunity to be part of a winning team with talented people, a strong portfolio, and an in-demand and growing market to serve.

Tat Ng

Tat Ng, Vice President of Global Engineering, is an accomplished software engineering executive with over 25 years of executive-level experience in enterprise SaaS at companies like Rivermine (acquired by IBM) and ChannelAdvisor (IPO), as well as experience developing on-prem software in companies like Sybase and Borland. Most recently, Ng was the SVP of engineering at Degreed, where he led their architecture and global engineering teams in modernizing the company’s system. Ng’s expertise and unique background will help One Identity further expand and advance its leading unified identity security platform. Based in San Francisco, Tat holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Arizona.

Ian Sutherland

Ian Sutherland is vice president and general manager Sales, EMEA. Ian leads the direct, channel and technical sales teams throughout the region and is focused on customer and partner acquisition, retention and satisfaction.

During his 30-year career in the IT industry, Ian’s roles have spanned technical, consulting and commercial aspects. Based in the UK, Ian is also the author of a bestselling series of technically accurate, contemporary cybercrime thriller novels.
