At OneLogin, we’re all about empowering and supporting community groups within the organization. Our employees have established several Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) committed to building a diverse community, providing support to one another, and contributing to personal and professional development in the work environment.
Asian Pacific Americans at OneLogin are passionate about supporting the Asian community and their various interests. Along with supporting the diverse and multicultural Asian community, they also focus on paying tribute to the generations of Asian and Pacific Islanders who have enriched America’s history.
The OneLogin Women’s Network was created to enable the networking of women in tech and business. The Women’s Network works together to offer a broad range of support, programs, and resources to advance women in technology.
OneMovement, OnePeople is focused on increasing the ethnic diversity of the OneLogin employee population and providing promotion opportunities. They aim to drive awareness within OneLogin on the issues of race and the impacts of inequity. Sponsored events are held monthly to bi-monthly and the group continuously interacts with ethnically diverse communities to help expand opportunities.
The OneLogin Cares Committee is dedicated to promoting volunteering, community engagement, D&I events, internal training, and internal policy development. This committee works together to bring mentoring programs, internships, inclusivity training, and more to all employees.

OneLogin is proud to be recognized as CloserIQ’s Top 10 in San Francisco Companies with the Best D&I Programs. Our company’s D&I (diversity and inclusion) efforts have taken the lead through hosting training panels for diversity and inclusion, partnering with organizations such as ICMCP and Queercon. In 2018, the company hosted a hackathon that raised $55,000 for diversity and inclusion in technology.
