About the role
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Vendor and Risk Management Program. This role will be responsible for three main activities. First is performing vendor assessments. This includes assessing vendor engagement for risk exposure by validating services and inherent risks, working with risk stakeholder programs (Security, Data Privacy, etc.) to complete due diligence requirements and determine residual risks, and work closely with all parties to resolve and close risk issues. Second is reporting. This role will be responsible for maintaining a list of all of OneLogin vendors and their associated information. In addition, this role will be working to support other compliance initiatives associated with vendor and risk management controls. Lastly, this role will be responsible for maintaining OneLogin Security Profile within OneLogin Vendor Security Assessment and Vendor Risk Management Tool. This role will also support the Compliance Team in other compliance efforts as necessary.• Perform backlog risk assessments and conduct due diligence evaluations of vendors.
• 1-2 years of experience in risk, vendor management or audit professional, preferably within the security or technology industry.• 1-2 years of evaluating and managing supplier risk.• Understanding of inherent risks, controls and residual risks and/or risk assessments of entities in the security and technology industry.• 1-2 experience in system administration, system implementation, reporting/analytics.
