Due to high demand for our product, OneLogin is looking to grow our sales team by hiring smart, energetic, driven Sales Development Reps who can capitalize on our proven account-based prospecting strategy. - You are a hunter by nature and enjoy the challenge of outbound prospecting
- Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections without getting discouraged
- Comfortable establishing rapport with executive buyer personas
- Understand Organizational Hierarchy: Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 12-24 months experience in a prospecting role in the tech industry
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible (ability to work across different time zones) and able to think and execute quickly
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 4 Year College Degree required
- Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives , ultimately generating pipeline
- Easily pitch OneLogin by understanding our product and value proposition
- Target customer profiles and research specific target accounts for outbound outreach.
- Work within a defined territory to research target account profiles and identify qualified leads
- Identify your targets - Find accurate account/contact information for targeted people at targeted companies.
- Account-specific research and tailor your messages in order to get the attention of executives we want to connect with and earn the right to continue the conversation.
- Build trusted relationships with prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Partner with marketing and the AEs to manage prospects early in the sales cycle and further refine lead quality
- Execute a tiered contact strategy for reaching out to 50-300 prospects per day via phone, email, and social media.
- Communicate to prospects and target accounts via phone, email, social media, and other creative outreach channels
- Leverage tools for listening to your customers online so you can reach out in a timely relevant way.
- Manage and track activities with key tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sendoso, and more
