What YOU can look forward to at OneLogin:
- Leading a regionally-focused Account Executive team to overachieve against quota
- Creating and executing territory-based attack plans with your AEs to maximize territory productivity
- Innovating on current sales strategy and tactics to exponentially grow sales results
- Mentoring Account Executives and developing best practices on a daily basis, ensuring they crush it in their current role while being prepped for future positions

What we’re looking for in YOU to do this:
- Managed a successful sales team, preferably within the realm of enterprise software
- Mastered the SaaS B2B Cloud space within corporate level businesses
- A type A personality when it comes to organization and follow-up, but a type B personality when it comes to motivating Account Executives and participating in team social events
- A proven track record of crushing numbers and destroying quotas
- Ninja-like Salesforce power player skills
