Enterprise Field Marketing Manager

Description

As the Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Product Management, Analyst relations, and engineering teams to drive opportunities, pipeline and ensure seamless coordination and execution of event programs. You will not only be adept at building relationships and navigating a large cross-functional organization but will also be skilled in working with leaders and executives across OneLogin.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OneLogin and third-party events, with the primary focus on target accounts, and support regional field sales teams to roll out events that have global footprints.
• Help develop event strategy and vision while ensuring innovative event experience and develop event schedule and agenda with key stakeholders to ensure it aligns with the pipeline targets, overarching product roadmaps, event messaging pillars, business priorities and executive vision.
• Work closely with Global Events Lead and DemandGen Marketing team to drive the management, creation, coordination, and execution of programs, including DemandGen outreach for themed marketing campaigns.
• Help drive demand creation and lead generation activity in developing qualified sales leads and creating brand awareness via events.
• Forecast, measure and analyze impact of programs on opportunity creation, pipeline, sales cycles; produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and region success.
• Communicate with sales in order to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in events / programs.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and agencies to ensure alignment on delivery and timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years working in enterprise B2B  technology space, managing first-party field events large-scale & 3rd party events in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.  
• Exceptional ability in driving pre-event and post-event demand as well as creating first-class at-event experiences.
• Proficient in setup and management of campaigns in SalesForce.  Experience with Marketo and Engagio is a plus.
• Experience in both large scale & 3rd party field event execution; experience gaining the trust and support from stakeholders.
• Understand complex buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for software and services purchases.
• Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM), working closely with sales to develop target account lists & account segmentation. Know how to apply it to a successful event program, to drive sales leads and pipeline acceleration.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in demand generation best practices, including the methods and tactics to support post-MQL sales and marketing outreach.
• Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around field marketing performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Strong understanding of the sales pipeline funnel
• Solid project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, events vendors, and international projects.
• Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.  Must be comfortable working across geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; extremely detail-oriented and ability to handle ambiguity.
