Doubling down on OneLogin Customer Success

It’s now been over 21,600 minutes since I started at OneLogin as our new VP of Customer Success, and I would like to take one of those minutes to officially say “Thank you” to our extended OneLogin family. It was once said that feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it. With the hectic pace of life these days we often forget to express our gratitude.

You, our customers, are at the core of all that we do. Our customers are the powerhouse that continue to drive us to get better in all aspects of our business. We are not perfect, nor will we ever be, but our commitment to service our customers will never waiver. “Customer First” is often preached, but rarely executed consistently. I’m sure you can think of many instances where you - the customer - took a backseat to “the business.” OneLogin has not been immune to this either. Our explosive growth has pressed firmly on this nerve. We realize this and are doubling down on our commitment to you.

Over the next 21,600 minutes our Customer Success Team will grow by over 300%. With this extra capacity we are better equipped to deliver on our commitment to make every implementation a successful one. These are not just words we utter, but words we live by. In its most simplistic form, Thanksgiving, is a word of action. Our action to your success has always been to include our deployment services, support and connector development within your OneLogin subscription. After all, your success is our success.

Each and every OneLogin customer is important to us, regardless of size. Investing in your success is our way of saying “thank you” each and every day. So go ahead, take a minute and unwrap our gift to you. What awaits is our expression of gratitude and the highest appreciation for your loyalty.
