Thomas has more than 15 years of experience in building and selling carrier-grade billing systems for phone companies, initially at Cisco-backed Digiquant in Denmark and later at Intec Telecom Systems in the US. After having helped Zendesk grow to 5,000 customers as VP Business Development, he is now laser-focused on making OneLogin the most widely deployed identity management solution in the cloud.

Christian Pedersen, Chief Technology Officer and Founder

Christian is responsible for ensuring that OneLogin integrates securely with cloud applications and enterprise networks. Having spent most of his career with complex enterprise software integration, Christian has a deep understanding of what it takes to glue together disparate technologies in a seamless way.

Tim Dowling, Chief Operating Officer

Tim is a tech veteran in building high growth technology business. Most recently he led the Web Security Business Unit at McAfee, a SaaS security service for small and medium businesses. Prior to McAfee Tim was CEO of Pure Networks, an internet service delivering network security and automation for the SoHo segment, where he led the company to achieve record growth until it was acquired by Cisco. He started his career at Intel Corporation serving in marketing and sales leadership roles for several Intel business units. He established Intel's European sales and marketing teams for end user products and led Intel's Internet initiatives for Audio and Video. Tim is also an active angel investor and has incubated several startups.
